“Bachelorette” star Ashley Hebert is not only happy and in love with the man she gave her final rose to in May – she’s excited about her new bikini body, as well.

The 26-year-old dentist, who competed during Brad Womack’s season of “The Bachelor,” is flaunting her new svelte figure on the cover of Life & Style and explaining why she chose to get fit.”I was eating everything in sight,” she said of her time while competing on the ABC dating show. “When you’re stressed out, you kind of just throw it back.”The result of her food indulgence left Herbert disappointed in her 10 pound weight gain.

Now, while trying to find love on “The Bachelorette,” Herbert says she’s cutting down on drinking and sweets, and substituting those unhealthy treats with better options, like fruits and vegetables.Plus, she gets a mix of different types of exercise, including jazz and hip-hop classes, as well as participating in Bodypump, which combines weights and aerobics and results in burning up to 600 calories in one hour alone. “It’s a new, enlightened me. I’m happy. I’m in such a great place right now!” Herbert says of her life.
