Phytochemical is a non-nutrient compound derived from fruit and vegetable and are found to have highest level of natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It can significantly reduce the risk of cancer; support healthy functioning cells and protect them against free-radical damage.

Each color or combination of colors in fruit and vegetable promotes the function of the immune system and help our immune system reacts to different daily stresses.
