Eating right - steps you can take to improve your eating habit!

Eating right is very important as study has shown eating habit is often associated with gender, personality and of age group. Loneliness and stress, tends to drive more women than men to foods high in fat and sugar. When feeling upbeat, more men than women are likely to turn to soups, pasta and steaks. So start your day with eating right food with essential nutrients and right eating habit often associated those with positive emotions which are likely to pick healthier food.

  • Eating right also means dump the soft drink habit as sodas and diet sodas, are filled with sugar and artificial sweeteners. Cut or reduce your daily calorie intake and switch to healthier choice of seltzer water or club soda.

  • Read the label of the package carefully. Manufacturer’s “modern names” for the old silent “killer” – sugar. They are evaporated cane juice, crystallized cane, cane granules, and natural cane - they are all sugar. Too much of it will slowly kill you and so, know what you are eating and whether you are eating right.
